The Ethics Zipper

Every team has actions and values, but those actions and values are not necessarily aligned.

Ethics are the principles that keep a team’s values aligned with their actions. They are the zipper between values and actions.

Hannah Rudin (she/her) is a researcher, facilitator, strategist, and designer based in Seattle, Washington. Zipper Ethics comes from Hannah’s background in human-centered design, systems thinking, and team-building.

Hannah has worked in a breadth of roles and industries, including the tech sector, hospitality, social services, education, and more. With hundreds of hours of facilitation training, she has spent thousands of hours facilitating participants ranging from business executives to toddlers, across broad sets of demographics.

When not working on Zipper Ethics, Hannah can be found guiding participants on outdoor adventures all over western Washington and teaching outdoor skills classes.
